When does Kargom arrive?
We will ship within 5 days after the order is completed. You can check your orders from the "My Last Orders" tab in the "My Account" section. When your order has been delivered to the shipment, the "My Last Orders" tab displays "Where is Kargom?" You can find out at which stage your order is placed. When your order is distributed, the cargo company informs you by SMS.

My order came when I wasn't at my address.
The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specify. If you cannot find your address, a note will be left indicating that you can get your package from the nearest branch.
